Thing has been working flawlessly for the past 16+ months. I don't use it excessively. Windows 7 sees printer and says its working fine. I can scan wirelessly just fine, but I can't print! Everytime I print something I get an error in the print que and I have to cancel it out. I've tried it on my wife's profile and same thing. Strangely enough, I can perform the maintainance tasks (i.e. clean print head, clean rollers, etc) wirelessly, but not a test page. So I know it\s connected to the network ok. I have the latest drivers/software installed too. I tried to disable Windows firewall and nothing happened. I don't know much about printers but could it be a "spooling" issue?

This just happened all of the sudden and I haven't made any hardware changes.

Stumped. Please help

There are some printers that won't print if one of the ink tanks is low.

All the ink OK?

What error are you getting when you try to print?

I'd suggest completely re-installing the drivers/software for the printer. If that doesn't work, it's probably safe to assume the printer itself is broken.

Sorry for not getting back to this. I have no clue what went wrong that week. It's a wifi printer and it was acting goofy, as all wifi things do from time to time. But, it's working fine now. I guess it just need a good ol' press of the power strip button...???

Thanks anyway.
