mgw24 said:uh, why? Almost all pictures out of my 20D look better after adjusting levels and applying some USM in photoshop. As far as I know, this is common practice for Digital SLR cameras. Pictures out of my sony camera look pretty sharp and vivid straight from the camera compared to the 20D. After they are ran through photoshop though, the 20D pictures look spectacular as long as I do my part at exposure time.
Nice to know Iam not the only one around here with the 35mm F2.0 Canon lens. Everyone seems to settle for the cheap 50mm F1.8.mgw24 said:. After the 20D came the vertical grip, 580EX, 35mm f/2, better tripod, etc.
i'm waiting for the sigma 30mm f1.4 ex hsm or something.Staples said:Nice to know Iam not the only one around here with the 35mm F2.0 Canon lens. Everyone seems to settle for the cheap 50mm F1.8.

I never had one but I read about both and decided on the 35mm.fugu said:The 35 f/2.0 is probably one of the next lenses on my list. The 50 is too narrow, plus I've been having some focusing issues with it.
