can this psu handle a crossfire setup

ok my buddy has an Antec Neo 620w and a 4890 1gb card now, can his psu handle a crossfire setup?
 
Considering that a single HD 4890 can use 200W of power by itself, that's 400W for the two cards alone. So yeah I wouldn't do it.
 
What is his CPU? Unless he's running ridiculous overclocks on everything, that PSU is enough for two 4890s in Crossfire.
 
Sure, if that's what you want to call it. Now you still didn't answer my question.
 
Just remember that the PSU only has two 6+2 PCIe connectors. So you are going to need to use some molex to 6-pin PCIe adapters.

If you're going to upgrade a power supply, it would be silly to go from 620 watts to 650 watts. That's hardly an upgrade. Not to mention, 4890's use quite a bit more power than a 5770.
 
Hmm, in a absolute worst case scenario, I would still say it's not enough.
 
In a practical scenario, it's enough. He will not overload a 620W PSU with that hardware.
