Can my psu do it?

That's actually a shitty PSU that really can't handle anywhere close to its claimed "250W" rating. In fact, the parts that you currently have in that system draws almost as much power as the maximum practical capacity of that PSU, which can't handle even half of its labeled wattage. You see, Apex's UL file number codes out to Allied, which is the same company as L&C, Deer and Solytech - companies known for their shitty PSUs.

Chances are, that PSU will power those components of yours, all right - but don't expect that rig to last very long at all. (As in, some or most of the components will likely get killed off much sooner than they would have normally expired through normal wear and tear.)

You definitely want to get a 400-500w quality PSU. The only thing that PSU is good for is checking if Case fans work. (So you see how useless it really is.) :D

Or for giving to your enemy if you want to be mean,

Dude, you don't do that to your enemies man. That's crossing the line ;)

Anyway, Angelz3, what case are you using? That PSU is only found in certain mITX cases.

Dude get rid of this crappy brick as soon as possible and use at least a PSU of 450W from some known brand like seasonic, corsair, FSP or antec etc. Otherwise, your all precious components might be at a risk.

That is a ~100W system at full load, your PSU should be able to handle it (despite being complete and utter crap)... however, I'd suggest you swap it for a better unit, a PicoPSU with a 120-150W power brick would do just fine.
