Looking at the top 10, the only one that might get in your way at a go for the crown would be Toasty[H]ardOCP... he's outproducing ya and has more points then ya but not by much... it'll be a good fight for sure

Actually, who the hell is gonna overtake MF? Nothing against MF, it's just can't be top dog for ever. Back in the low point days, that man must have really borged up some doosers.

3 FLECOM 4,291 --CPU count never hit over ~135, long term stable borg. My best bet.
4 Logikality 1,160 -- Dead in the water, one hell ov a run!
5 halo 732-- stable but just not the PPD to get the job done
6 pageian 3,986 -- one stable PPD guy here, my #2 pick
7 mjannusch 595 -- PPD been going down hil for awhile
8 Mattman 3,869 -- on the rise PPD
9 Toasty[H]ardOCP 12,459-- PPD on the rise, x-mas break coming up for another 1 mil hopefully
10 marty9876 - just too much of a freak, plus a crap load out.

Not trying to bad mouth anyone here, just my thoughts. It's interesting that some of us have had great rides, but nobody, I mean nobody is within spitting distance so far of MF.

My PPD can only go down hill, unless I start borging more production machines but then it's only normal WU vs. the large ones they have been running.

Well this is a surprise! Hello MidnightFreak. Actually you either have a borg still producing an odd unit every now and a again or someone is folding under your name as periodically some points come up for you. Congrats on your standing though. Good to see you around and kicking still.

Actually, it's rather simple. It was taking too much of his time and effort to keep all his borgs going and so he shut them off. At least, that is if I remember correctly. He just had too much stuff on his plate and this was one thing he could take off.

Man, the run he had was amazing. Just look at his standing right now and he hasn't been a "producer" in over a year. I believe it was August 2004 that he shut down. After over a year he is still #1 for the team.

I remember some people saying that we were doomed after he shut the borgs off. I and many others disagreed and look at what we have been able to do.

MidnightFreak is still a legend, though.
