yup... same here Jaded I bought 4 seagate hdds off him for $200 he scammed me to. Id wouldnt wait id file a claim as quick as possible.

Yeah I filed a dispute and claim last night as soon as I saw this thread. Hopefully I can get my money back or else I'm in the hole $380. Now I have to find another video card for my computer.
 
Know what im willing to bet top dollar that this guy came on the other day just to collect your money and finish the deal with you before he cashed out, smooth talked us to buy a few more straws for his little shit pirade before he made out and ran. This guy is really a F'kin idoit and needs to be punished.

File a claim with paypal asap man chances are you will get money back if you do, you'll be lucky, im out $200 myself

I am thinking to start a new thread in hopes of organizing a list of things of what the victims can do to fight back and perhaps get our money back.. as well compile an offical list of victims (screen names only) and what they bought/sold to LF and how much is owed. For easy tracking when we call up higher authority when we get the info, so we can present them the list of victims in one place.

What do you guys think?

He is banned now as Bad Trader so you only recourse is by escalading the clain and call the internet fraud dept. Read the thread and you will see more infos. He is the worst troll I ever saw for a long time !

 
so i looked at the shipping info too adn the dimentions of the package...its 8x8x5 or something liek that.....n im pretty sure a lcd cant fit in that

But seriously, I posted my info in that other thread too. Lets hope we can do something about this guy. People like him give people in our age range (I just turned 21 yesterday and he's 19) a really bad name. Just like the idiots driving their imports like crazy give people like me a bad name for owning an import.

That was a fun read (sarcastically, not trying to laugh at anyone), sorry to hear about all that guys, that REALLY sucks. I feel for my fellow canucks.

And Silvers24, have you not been reading? I don't think he's going to answer his phone, he's a scammer. Call the authorities ASAP.

Why does LOGITECHFREAK's HEAT not reflect what he did here? In fact, his HEAT shows only 2 neutrals (one is from THELAZYONE22) and only 2 negative (one on 11/11).

In fact, PRENTICE (on 11/12) gave this guy a positive on a deal that he got scammed on!

If you are holding off posting the appropriate HEAT because you fear he will not refund you ... well I think that it's pretty clear from the sheer magnitude of the crime that he has no plan on refunding.

PLEASE post the appropriate HEAT feedback before anyone else gets caught in this guy's web of deceit.

Most of these transactions are not done yet and he has refunded some people from what I'm reading. Therefore it's not " safe " yet to jump to conclusions and put out 20 negatives on him...
 
Wow this is nuts. I'm surprised someone hasn't found his address and payed him a visit.
 
If anyone has this tard's phone#, and plans on calling him, I suggest the following:

1) do NOT, in ANY way, threaten violence. It won't scare him, you won't get any satisfaction for doing it, and it gives HIM an advantage, legal and law enforcement wise. Don't be a sucker to your emotions and give that turd any advantange.

2) I'd even go further and make a point of being if not polite, then civil in talking to him.

3) the best point you can get across is that you WILL NOT LET THIS GO.

Scammers like him depend on lack of interest from law enforcement, and that directly relates to lack of interest from the victums. He figures, correctly in many cases, that people just don't have the time or desire to fight to get their money back- face it, whould you spend 60+ hours of your time to get back $85, when mabe 4 or less hours at work pays for it? For practicality, and emotional stress, many people will just right this off as a lesson learned and move on. That's understandable, but it's the same thing as a rape victum not pressing charges- the guy just goes free to do it again.
You don't have to spend 24/7 on this, but set aside some designated time every week to this and make it a hobby. The more victums that don't "live and let live &and move on", the more will have repeated contacts with him, law enforcement, and others so that he will be constantly reminded that this will NOT go away until he makes it right.

4) In all dealings with law enforcement: BE polite, and respectful! Although this is important to you, keep in mind it's not a homocide. There will be no flashing lights and sirens. You'll need to convay your dedication to see this through to the law enforcement officers you deal with w/o hassling them or pissing them off. Kinda like tech support, they get lots of shit thrown at them from all different directions, very little appreciation, and you'll find that simply treating them as decent people will get you a much better response then the usual speil they hear about "MY taxes PAY for your service, so where's the fucking service!"

5) The best immpession you can convay to LF is that even if it becomes clear that he won't refund, you'll not let this go. You'll be like that raven, saying nevermore.....nevermore........nevermore

I made a pact with myself when I went into business that I would NEVER let anyone screw me out of ANY money, no matter how small. I have a simple phioshophy about debt owed to me, esp since it's from my personal labor: it's my money- they just have physical possesion of it. If I don't get it then before I'll let it go I will make it cost 10x the amount. That means if someone screws me out of $100, and it's clear they'll never pay it, I'll make sure that in the end it cost them $1000 before I'll turn it loose. If you take the profit out of it most thieves lose interest;)

goodluck fellas, your best bet is to work together on this. Imagine if you guys set up a rotating system where each of you would take turns at this, so that the time and burden isn't much on any one person. You could haunt this motherfucker to the end of the century:D

Newbi, continue updating the original post if you'd like, but I'm not sure that I see a purpose of duplicating the trader list both there and in each of their posts. Adding updates to the first post is also fine, but for the sake of the proposed cleanliness, don't reply unless you're another trading adding info

Sounds like he lives with him mom, might be good for someone else to talk to his mother, fill her in on what he's been doing
 
I tried calling him yesterday and left him a message asking him what exactly is going on with this situation and what he plans to do about it. I guess your lucky you got a hold of him. Hopefully he wasn't bullshitting you about getting everything solved but I wouldn't put it past him :rolleyes:
