the link in the Anouncements on the www.hardocp.com/ homepage is busted.

Using Firefox selecting the 'giving our readers' link brings up the popup but selecting OK from that results in another tab opened listed as (Untitled) and in the address bar it says Search History.
 
I have tested all links and they work perfectly for me. I think it is time to clean up your browser?
 
I just tried it with IE8 under Win7 HP 64 and it works fine for me... it pops a new window open with the forum thread regarding the topic.

Sounds like your system may be compromised somehow.
