I've been chasing a cool cat named ice_burg, and might pass him in the next few days, but I would just be squeaking by, so it's not a mow or a haircut, but so very close like a good shave. (He's tough!)

How bout "ELectra Shave!" or the Broadway Joe version, "Take it off, take it all off!"
 
I remember the 6 burma shave signs one after another spaced about 1/10 mile apart along the old roads for complete message to buy it.
