1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
the middle ground of gaming(playing LoL a lot lately might pick up an FPS in the future) and web browsing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Don't want to spend above $700 including tax+ship

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Rochester, New York USA

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word
CPU, Mobo, RAM, Case, keyboard, fans if recommended, graphics card, power supply. I think that's all if I am missing anything please let me know.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Don't have any leftovers

6) Will you be overclocking?
Most likely not.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I have a LG flatron 22in 1080p

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
In a couple of weeks

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
Don't think I'll need any of these. Unless its really recommended.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit? Nope

I am really new to computers so I hope I have provided enough information for a build. Please take care of me!! :D

I'm in a slightly lazy mood so I'll post info on how I put a machine together. First, I touch the metal part of the case for 30 seconds to get rid of static electricity. (I also wear a wrist strap or whatever you call it but that's my choice.) Then I install the CPU and RAM on the mobo. Depending on the type of heatsink I have, I may install the heatsink as well. Then I install the power supply in the case. Then the in and out shield in the case. Then I install the motherboard with CPU, RAM (and maybe heatsink). Then I slide in and install the HD and DVD-RW. When I first boot, I change the boot order in the BIOS to start with the optical drive then the hard drive and check the speed of the CPU and RAM. I also adjust the time/date. (I also prefer to flash the BIOS to current one.)

Ah sorry I should have read thoroughly ><
one last question, I have Logitech 5.1 X-530 Speakers. Would i also need a sound card for the surround sound to work?

The H67 posted above supports all the way up to 7.1 AFAIK.

May not give as good a sound quality as expensive sound cards but I think it will do.
