If you feel i need something else that may not be on this list please bring it up. Or if i had forgotten something.

I forgot to say that i want to play (at least Diablo 3 at Max settings) without problems.

Come back within 1 week of building the PC. I would consider allocating some money for a higher resolution TV or monitor.

Is the cost of the new monitor part for that $1200 to $1400 budget

What's the liklihood of you buying the PC before July 31st?

monitor is not in that budget. that will be a different buy apart from the computer.

It possible to buy and build before july 31st but with shipping and research still needed done thats a hard question.

OS is in the budget i think i can get windows 7 Home for 100$ i think

My most game played is League of Legends, i may go back to WoW someday in my life. Minecraft i play often but keep in mind i like having HD texture packs with it. I have starcraft 2, Civilization V, Diablo 3, Team fortress 2. I think Diablo 3 may be the most graphic oriented game i play but i do want to reach (a little higher perhaps) *edit* I also want to tryout arma 2 off of steam ill probably buy it after i build the computer.

rockville is a very good drive away i think about 3 or 4 hours

That's fine, just come back a week before you are ready to spend the money. We don't really need much time to research, since most of us do it all the time we stay rather current on what's good and what's not. That'll give you ~a week to look up the parts we recommend, assuming you just want a piece of mind on what we're presenting you.
