There are $35.00 worth of rebates that I will have to send in that will essentially put me at $988.05 total after I mail in rebates. I hate MIRs they take forever

Ditch the case: It's overpriced once you factor in the shipping costs and it kinda lacks for cooling in the fan department. Go for this case instead since it comes with an extra 120mm fan, slightly better quality, slightly better cable management, and front panel USB 3.0 for only $12 more once you factor in shipping costs:
$60 - Corsair Carbide Series 200R ATX Case

I recommend this Crucial RAM instead since it has similar specs yet is $12 cheaper:
$47 - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM

Drop the CPU down to the 4570 as the 4670 isn't worth the extra cash IMO:

Personally I'd spend the extra $20 not to have to deal with Sapphire's customer support:

oh ok ill grab that memory then I was not sure if it was a huge gain or not. Are there any other budget cases that you can recommend with a window? really wanted a window this time around

Personally not a fan of the Phantom 410 since it looks rather cramped inside.
