1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
This will be mostly for Gaming and Web browsing.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
My Budget is $500-$600 for the computer including tax and shipping I already own a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
I live in Michigan.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word
"Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
I am a first time builder and I will need a CPU, Motherboard, Memory, Storage, GPU, Power Supply, Case and whatever else.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
6) Will you be overclocking? No I will not be.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? My monitor is an Asus VS278Q-P. 1920x1080 27in Led Monitor
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Within a couple weeks
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Usb 3.0, Crossfire Support, 500gb 7200rpm, etc.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit? I have Windows 64bit

Here is the build I put together earlier. I am wondering if this is a good budget gaming rig. Also, will I need any more fans than what the case already has? Need help on this build.

I am not very close to that Microcenter. I can restart but I don't really know what to buy. Could you post a pcpartpicker list for me?

Could you post a pcpartpicker list for me?
No. I do not like to use PCPartPicker on account of them automatically factoring in MIR into the pricing of listed parts. Pure stupidity.

Here's a build list for you using Amazon.com links since they support this forum:

$180 - MSI R7850 Twin Frozr OC AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB PCI-E Video Card

Thank you for setting me up with a list. I have a few questions. My friend has had problems with his gigabyte motherboard. Could you give me a link to a compatible Asus or Asrock motherboard?
My other friend has that same computer case and said that his 7850 doesn't sit to well. Could you give me another case that would work?
Also, about the power supply, is 450w going to be enough even if I upgrade later?
One last question, could you find me a cheap, compatible wireless network adapter?

Go for the ASUS P8B75-M/CSM.

Are you sure your friend has that exact case and video card? I ask because I've yet to hear of a space issue with the NZXT Source 210 Elite and the HD 7850.

Yes
One last question, could you find me a cheap, compatible wireless network adapter?
This:
$28 - Asus PCE-N15 Wireless Adapter

As Danny stated, yes. The major problem with your original choice of a PSU is that you picked one that can't handle or provide even 300W without causing severe damage to some or all of the components of your soon-to-be new build. The XFX that Danny selected is based on a good, solid platform that can provide at least its full 450W rating cleanly.

Are you open to the idea of buying used parts (besides the case and HD)? I'd save some money and see if I can pick up a nice 1156 I5/i7 combo on the forums. You can pick up the video card, ram etc too for much cheaper than new!

So the MSI R7850 is out of stock currently on Amazon. Should I wait for it to go back in stock or go with a different brand?

I don't really want to buy used, I would rather have all new parts.

It's in stock now.

edit
Nevermind, it's not from Amazon and the price is a lot higher than it should be.

Just bought everything suggested (the card went back in stock). Thank you for your help guys!
