Build Possibilities

Alright guys, so I've asked for help with 2 previous builds. One for me, one for my little brother. This is concerning the system I want to build as my new primary.

I play a lot of WoW when home in the states, and I've been toying with the idea of running Eyefinity. However, I also want to be able to play BF3 and other higher end games at the maximum settings and not have any sort of problems. Seeing as how Eyefinity is running 3 monitors off one (or two) GPU's, this can seriously limit the max FPS of these higher end games, and also effect the overall gameplay. This is why I'm debating scrapping the Eyefinity build altogether and going with a single monitor setup with either a single video card or running 2 cards in SLI/CFX.

The monitor is very important to me as well though. I want a large monitor with a very short response time and just all around beautiful. Sure I could spend 150 bucks on a 22" monitor with mediocre specs, but I'd much rather have that 30"er with picture so clear, I can damn near see into the future with it. Lol

The questions concerning this system's use are as follows:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming (WoW, BF3, BF:BC2), occasional video rendering (not priority by any means), and web development

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I'd like to stay under $2,000, but if we go a little over, no big deal. Tax/shipping not included.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, Motherboard, CPU, Aftermarket CPU Cooler (preferably air cooled, mainly because of lack of knowledge on liquid cooling), Video Card (or 2 if you're recommending SLI/CFX), RAM, SSD Primary, HDD Secondary (1TB-2TB), DVD Burner, Monitor.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Depends on recommended monitor

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Late October/Mid November

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
USB 3.0, SATA 6Gb/s, CF/SLI capability

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
No, buying Win7 Home Premium x64

I'd really like to see a system built around an ASUS Crosshair V Formula, but if you recommend an Intel build, I'm all for that as well. Something about this motherboard really intrigues me though... Like I said, game performance is the most important factor in this build.

Those questions being answered, I'd like to see what sort of systems you would recommend for my budget. If you could build any system capable of running those games, with the hardware available as of right now, what would you recommend?

As I noted in your first thread, if possible, wait until 2-3 weeks before you build/buy and then ask for advice then. You'll get up to date advice and you won't be buying an outdated build list. Planning this early is gonna saddle you with an old and possibly outdated list. Especially since you're planning on building the PC in December, correct?
