(Does this support the aSRock cpu 8pin power?)
It will.

Haven't seen any reviews of this so can't say yay or nay to this.

ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157269&Tpk=z68%20extreme7 (LOVE the features and looks of it currently my mobo looks like a rainbow... :\ )
What exact features does that AsRock mobo have that you must have that no other Asus, MSI, or Gigabyte mobo have? I ask because that AsRock isn't that good of a motherboard considering the following:
- It only has a 1-2 year warranty when cheaper Asus, MSI, or Gigabyte has 3 year to even 5 year warranties.
- AsRock hasn't faired too well in HardOCP reviews:
http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/12/07/asrock_z68_pro3_lga_1155_motherboard_review/
http://hardocp.com/article/2011/11/09/asrock_z68_extreme4_gen3_motherboard_review/
- I don't see any worthwhile features that justifies its high costs.

Overclockers said best aftermarket cooler so far. Beat the noctua by far.

Im worried about the consumer reviews on the motherboard but toms hardware gave it a good score.
Mind recommending a high end board that dosnt look like a rainbow? And has sli and all those other good features (Future proof to?) Ill keep looking at the motherboards but if you can suggest one much appreciated thanks! :)

Yeah, Tom's Hardware's words don't mean much to me. I recommend these other motherboards instead:
$190 - Asus P8Z68-V/GEN3 Intel Z68 ATX Motherboard
$210 - Asus P8Z68-V Pro/GEN3 Intel Z68 ATX Motherboard

The Pro uses the Z68 chipset. The Deluxe uses the P67 chipset.

Also is there any good board that is black themed?
Can't think of any off the top of my head that would be worth buying
