I am not a gamer, but I am looking for a future proof build for under 2k. I don't mind spending if it means getting significantly better parts/ longevity. Specifically, which components should I be allocating more to so that I can reuse them in future builds? Please let me know if you have any suggestions before I order
1) What will you be doing with this PC? Trading, Microsoft Office, streaming videos, general web browsing
2) What's your budget? Under 2k
3) Which country do you live in? United States, Florida
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, Case, Motherboard, GPU, PSU, Cooler, Optical Drive, SSD, HDD
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Mouse, Monitor, Keyboard
6) Will you be overclocking? No
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? I plan to be using either PLP 20"/30"(2560x1600)/20" or LLL 3x27" @ 2560x1440
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Within 2 weeks
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc. I am not sure
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?I purchased an upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista, I think I still have the Vista installation disk
