Right now I have 450 MAX to spend. I will need overnight just because I'm excited to upgrade again. What would you change from this setup to insure a "good" medium/high gaming rig? I prefer AMD, but Intel will do if I need it. I already have a problem as my HD and CD are both IDE and the motherboard only has one IDE slot. Best fixes?
 
Change the CPU Mobo Combo to:

Intel E4300 + Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3.

A bit over $200 and you have a kick@ss oc'ing board and cpu.
 
Yea that board only has one IDE slot. I need atleast 2 IDE's to run my HD and CD drive.
 
Seriously think about this: Are you willing to spend extra money on SHIPPING when you can use that money toward better or faster parts?

You may want to upgrade that power supply. Raidmax power supplies aren't quality power supplies. For a cheap and decent power supply, I recommend this PSU:
