1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Probably around 75% gaming and the rest for internet browsing and viewing movies(some HD)

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

450-500 for new parts.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

Kansas

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

CPU
Ram
Case
Graphics Card
Motherboard

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Corsair 520w PSU
250gb Seagate @7200rpm
2x Lite-On DVD Drives
G500 Gaming Mouse
2 of these Monitors
G15 Keyboard

6) Will you be overclocking?

No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?

23" LED Monitor. 1920x1080 max. Unsure if I will use the max resolution though. I currently have 2.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

Buying the parts within 1week. Willing to take advantage of Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.

I would like an eSATA port for my hotswap box. I would also like a wireless network adapter built in if possible. No onboard video. USB 3.0 would be nice, but not a necessity. I do not plan on ever using 2x GPUs.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

I do not have one at this moment, but may be picking up a copy of Windows 7 64bit upgrade for like $25 at school.

Would like a computer that can handle quite a few of the current games with good FPS and can be played at a high resolution. I do not believe I need 1080p, but would like it if I could manage it in my budget.

There are no local electronic stores near me, so I will probably purchase everything online. Also, I would like a mid-tower case that is not too flashy and cools somewhat well. I do not believe I want a case with a PSU on the bottom, the last one was a pain to wire.

Hmmm, how badly do you want a top PSU mounted case? I ask because, funny enough, a lot of the top PSU mounted cases either A) cost significantly more than comparable bottom PSU mounted cases or B) are of significantly lower quality or features than a similarily priced bottom PSU mounted case. Considering your budget range, unless you're willing to increase your budget by another $50 to $100, your best bet is a bottom mounted PSU case.

Its not a huge deal if it's easily accessible. I had issues with the last bottom mounting because of the lack of holes which made wiring a real pain. If it's fairly open I'd consider it. Looking for a fairly cheap case that will not over heat.
