1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
80% Gaming, 15% Web Browsing, 5% Photoshop

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

I want to be able to play games like Crysis, Borderlands, COD, and Batman Arkham Asylum with great frame rates and little to no lag.
I mainly am loking for Core i7 or another intel since they are so powerful.
I will do air cooling and possibly water cooling in the future.
Please throw me some ideas.
 
Ok, if there's little to no chance of you getting the PC parts before the 30th or within two weeks, then I recommend coming back in three weeks and ask for advice then. You're gonna get more up to date advice that way.
