Good to hear.

I have an older Creative Labs Audigy 2 ZS sound card. Will this sound card be better to use than the on-board sound on that Intel motherboard? I have the Kiplich 2.1 ProMedia speakers.

Nearly any soundcard will sound better than onboard.

Also, this memory is a couple bucks cheaper, for pretty much the same performance.

Also, if you can, I'd go for this motherboard, as its more high-quality, has an easier to work with (UEFI) BIOS, and has more features overall. Also looks prettier :p

Other than that, Shadinn's build looks great. You could go for a cheaper case, if you wanted to, the Corsair isn't the best deal around, but they are known for good cable management options, and it's still a solid case.

Probably since earlier today, Newegg now offers free shipping with the Corsair Carbide Series 400R case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139008

Considering that the price difference is $10, I'd spend the extra $10 for the 400R.

As for the PSU, I'd spend the extra $3 for a better quality and larger amperaged PSU:
$73 - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W PSU

The Antec Neo Eco 620W has 48A on the +12V rail whereas the CX600 has 40A on the +12V rail. Pretty large difference in power capability.

Besides what I said, looks fine to me.
