6) Will you be overclocking?
Don't need to

Within a month
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
already have Windows 7 64-bit

Thi'll be my first computer build. I would like to start with an i3 and upgrade to an i5 or i7 in the near future as finances allow. I saw a bundle deal on Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.432223), is this a good place to start?

Suggestions?

That Newegg isn't that good of a deal due to the unknown quality PSU.

And you can please narrow down what exactly you're gonna be using this PC for? I.e what's the primary usage of this PC? Will you ever play a 3D game in the future.

Have you thought about AMD?

Yeah at that budget I'd say go for AMD, it'll give you the most legroom and the most power for your bucks. However your description of what you're doing leaves much to be imagined. Tell us a little about this "Everything" you do.
