BSOD Diagnosis

My new computer is getting occasional BSOD's when coming out of sleep and I can't figure out why. It doesn't happen often, but it's enough for me to be concerned.

Attached is the DMP file from the BSOD. Can anyone tell me if they can figure out the cause of the BSOD from the DMP file?

RAM: 8gb DDR3 1600mhz (Corsair Vengeance)
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 670
PSU: Seasonic X750
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-Pro
HDD: Sandisk Extreme 120gb/240gb

I've updated the video driver, hopefully that'll fix it. Although both times it's happened I was on the latest drivers.

GeForce 307.74 WHQL just came out, so I just updated again. (previously used GeForce 310.90 WHQL)

I've updated the drivers several times now and it's still occasionally getting BSOD's. Any thoughts on how I should go about fixing it?
