hey all i just build myself an eyefinity pc
i am using 1 x 6970 with 3 x asus ve278q monitors

so far all is amazing but i dont know if its just me and i have to get used to it but the desktop and the games like wow and black ops looks really zoomed in. Any suggestions for is it just me.

An excellent resource on all things Widescreen/Eyefinity/Surround is the WideScreenGamingForum.com.

What you are experiencing with CoD is an improper field of view (FOV) due to the game not scaling properly for your ultra-wide aspect ratio. If you google "Widescreen Fixer" you will find a program that will fix this problem for you in a host of games. I wasn't aware that this was a problem in WoW (I actually tested it just to see how WoW would look/run in Eyefinity a few months ago and didn't have that problem).
 
Contrary to popular belief, I went back to a single monitor after using a triple monitor setup for about a year. The main reason is that not a lot of games still support triple display at that time. And if it did, it looked so stretched and zoomed, like you mentioned.

And yes as was stated, adjust your FOV. You will still have some "fisheye" in some games, but I still rather have that than nothing at all, and quality is improving continuously.
