Anyone seen a smaller bourdon tube guage that we could make work in our loops and cases?

Inlet is normally a standard size. Pressure probably top out at 20psi. I deal with these at work, but large ones in the 2000psi+ range

Other than looking cool, I'm curious why one might want to keep track of pressure inside the coolant loop. Unless you're running WAY hotter than a typical PC would run (well over 100C, assuming the coolant is mostly water), the presure in the loop wouldn't be more than a few millibar above the atmospheric pressure.

Now, coolant temperature is something that it's always seemed to me would be worthwhile to measure, but few people seem to bother with. Performance-PCs carries some sensors that fit a G1/4 fitting for measuring this, although I'm not sure what you'd hook them up to, besides some sort of custom digital gizmo.

I'm in industrial maintenance. I like guages! While serving no useful purpose, it would mainly serve a cosmetic function.

As far as those fittings youree talking about, most that I have seen are for k-type thermocouples. However, if I wanna know my water temps, I simply open the top of my res and dunk the lead from my Fluke 52-2

"The pressure input is given to a socket which is soldered to the tube at the base. The other end or free end of the device is sealed by a tip. This tip is connected to a segmental lever through an adjustable length link. The lever length may also be adjustable. "

The description sounds like explaining how an erection works.
:)
