Bottom Mounting & Bottom Fans?

I've been looking around at cases and a Corsair 750 Watt PSU, but the PSU has its cooling fan on the bottom. I've just worrying this might cause cooling problems in cases that mount the PSU on the bottom. Most of the reviews say just don't use the case on a rug or surface similar to that, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has experiences with this same thing.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. It kind of teeters on the Cases & Cooling section and the PSU section

Not a problem if the case comes with mounts that raises the PSU a bit to get air from the bottom (like the Coolermaster RC-590, RC690, and Antec P182 cases). In cases where the PSU is not raised (Antec 300, 900), just flip the over so that the PSU is now drawing air from the "top".

If I recall the Antec 900 would put the PSU smack against the bottom, but the Antec 300 is raised up just a bit (~1/4 inch). I do the bottom mount bottom fan with the 300 myself.
