It know the answer is out there already, I just can't find it......

HTPC -> S-Video Out -> Component -> Projector = blue haze :(

Any suggestions......

Pics?

When you say s-video -> component do you mean the mini-din output of the video card using a component dongle or are you using a stand alone convertor of some kind?

Need more specifics of the setup.

Take a desktop screenshot, add a layer of blue w/ 50% transparency.

NVidia 5200 clone display on monitor and HD projector, using the NVidia dongle that EVGA gives out with cards now a days.

just out of left field, have you double check your Yr Gr Br setup?

usually when i use my component out, you get a "Color" haze if you mixed up 2 of the inputs..

also make sure there isn't something you have to "enable" for the YGB output.. (although if i remember there wasn't, but double check)..

Do Not rule this out! Happens with my DVD player all the time. If one of them comes loose, or it's not set right in the menu, It gets FUBAR'ed.
