Bizzare or what?

Just watched this video from Singularity Computers for a prototype of a computer case they are developing. Looks like they have taken a page out of Lian Li's design book in that it is really weird, expensive, and only a handful of people in the world would/could buy it.

If you watch the whole thing there are some interesting concepts and ideas especially with the chassis. But if I had all the money in the world would I buy one? Not likely...

yeah i saw that and the earlier vid he posted. he's got the kickstarter up too, $5K! and yeah its very lain-li-ish with the "sports car" look. i personally really don't like it.

I'm Polish and I enjoy watching Nascar on youtube, but this is not an attractive case for me.

I'm a NASCAR fan also - in fact a fan of most forms of auto racing and just cars in general but this thing... just looks weird. I remember several years ago someone making PCs in what amounted to a 1/10 scale R/C car body. Those were kind of weird too, but it would at least fit on your desk and didn't cost 5-friggin'-grand!

Maybe the thing can actually be a computer you could drive if you were small enough.
