binkw32.dll and TES4 Oblivion

When I want to install TES4 Oblivion I get this table:
this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.


I downloaded binkw32.dll. What I should do next?

Either windows\system32 or the oblivion directory should work. I think a reinstall would be easier though.

I tried to put it on Oblivion and system32 directory, but it doesn't work.
Now I get this table: "the procedure entry point _BinkCopyToBufferRect@44 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll".

Please help...

like i said earlier..did u buy the game?
there is a tech support # for registered users...
also, if your installing off the dvd that came with the game, try it in a different comp
maybe you just got a bunk disc.
