now this was the OC2 and so im thinking there wasnt a lot of them made so may be ill get back like an 8800GT or 9800GT right

WRONG i got back a GTX260 MAXCORE OC2

so a BIG HARD THANK YOU TO BFG if CS rep is reading this ill keep recommending BFG
and using them in all my build (so long as NV has top card still :p) :D

soo thanks again for the sweet early xmas gift BFG :D

Dude I know you work for BFG, I've seen your room, big ass BFG wall logo by your bed. Geez

Nice upgrade though, a regular would've been fine but a MAXCORE OC2 geez lucky bastard.

I just bought a BFG 260GTX, both the service and card have been great. Glad I went with BFG also.

BFG has fantastic customer service. I wholehartedly recommend them after they helped me out with my recent card issues.

Wow definitely awesome, maybe I will go for a BFG next time. I have been a fan of XFX and EVGA, so maybe next time

Another happy BFG customer. I personally was won over by their customer support as well. Jeff K is absolutely awesome. I am buying BFG next time I need a card (which hopefully wont be a while with this 280 I have :D )

im definately buying BFG next time around.... and they have Jonny Guru the PSU master working for them too :D

Actually...it's the luck of the draw probably. My 6800GT in my old rig started dying and the fact that it reached 110 degrees playing any "intensive" game didn't help. RMAed and got back a 6800GT with a "better" heatsink (2.5 years later from release I think...we were getting 8600Gt launch?).
The thing was, it had the same idle temperature, just loaded up to 90. Started having problems in basic Vista screen since colourful lines would appear randomly (replaced cable + tried different monitor). Shipping from Canada to BFG in the USA was like $30. Decided to use that money towards a new card and the 6800GT is sitting the closet collecting dust.
Not that I dislike BFG or anything, I think they're a great company. I'm merely saying.

I wouldnt buy a video card from any other company after the 2 superb rma experiences I have had with BFG. I would also recommend them to anyone who asks.

I went with the bfg 9800gtx oc.It should last me a long time.

About 2-3 years ago my BFG Geforce 4 Ti4200's fan crapped out, it was one of those cheap little slimline all-black units you had to drop oil in the back of every year. I contacted BFG and simply asked if they would ship out a replacement fan and I could just switch it out myself.

After being given an unwarranted lecture about modifying the "hardware" myself voiding my warranty, they allowed me to ship it back to them for RMA service.

They must make money off recycling or something because I got back a refurb Geforce 6 6600GT. Not a bad upgrade I must say, and I definitely recommend BFG, that's a nice way to compensate customers for equipment failure and RMA time.

Though I must say I would have been just as satisfied if they had shipped out a replacement fan and let me do the 5-minute replacement job myself.

I shipped my rma today........cause BFG wants my old agp card! My geforce 7600 gs oc is being traded for free for a 9500gt oc 1gb, or for 50 bucks a 9600! The warrantys are fantastic and i havent had problems with their cards, not to mention the oc out of the box concept that really strikes me as a company thats genuinely in touch with the community it caters to.

Sad that none of the ATI partners are anywhere near the levels of BFG/EVGA customer service.

yea i have had BFG for a wile now this is my 4th card from them now
6800GT, 7800GT, 8800GTS, and now this GTX260
other then the 8800 dieing not that it matters now all of them have been great

/me takes a hammer to my 8800gts.. Oh shit, look.. its broke. Better RMA it.

yup, just shipped my 7800GS BFG OC into them today for the 9800GT, such an awsome program!

I don't remember if it was eVGA or BFG but I had the fan die on my 4200GT and they sent me a new fan. Guess I lost in that one :)

Soon or later, BFG will change the policy due to abuse from some customers.

In a market this volatile, im going to have to continue going with a company that takes care of me. I havent upgraded in awhile, but ive bought ALOT of video cards over the year's and no company has been as nice to me as bfg. They will be in the mass profit range if they keep this up! I know it sounds like brown nosing hell it is!

I doubt it. They lose very little for it. Believe it or not, that gtx260 you get back that is just somebody else's gtx260 that busted and BFG kinda referbished.

edit: I have to give them props though on their agp to pci-e upgrades. This put me over the edge to start looking at their cards first when I purchase.

I have a Diamond 4870 and I really miss the service on my BFG 6800 Ultra.

Bfg has always had the best customer service so....

Ive gone EVGA for most part becasue they are good as well but, BFG is better. I think up till recently they didnt even care who bought the cards.. Now I think they do require you to register right after you buy it for the warranty. Its unknown if they are enforcing that though.

similar experience here.

Went from a 7600 to a 7800gt oc. Originally had a 7600 gs and the rma they sent was no good. I "cried" a little and they upgraded me for free. Close to 3 weeks later they sent me another. I didnt call in for a week but after that felt bad. So I called it and they said to keep it. If this isnt good customer service I dont know what is.

I didnt have to pay a dime. Just paid to send it to them usps. thats it.

As far as customer service though. EVGA has rocked from the 5900ultra until now with the soon to get 9800gx2. Always giving me good avice. One guy last name rodriguez actually gets his info from here and quoted the site. Now granted the info came from here but he took the time to research and help me out on buying a card and I wasnt even buying from them.

BFG/EVGA big UPs to them. They rock.

Diamond has some of the best tech support as far as ATi companies go.

They also have US based support. :D

Nvidia - eVGA/BFG

ATi - Diamond/Visiontek
