Hello. Well, there is problem - i got crashes every 5-10 mins in BF3, PS2. Haven't got any crashes with dota2...
But problem is somewhere in my PC. I tried reinstalling games, all my drivers is uptodate, windows is updated as well...
I checked it with memtest for 24 hours, done burn-test with furmark and cpuburn... Dunno what to do next.

Full specs of the PC would help.
Did you try a different hard drive?
Did you run hard drive tests?
Did you test the RAM separate from each other?

All specs in my signature. If you want output of some spec-collecting program i can do that of course.
Yes, i have 2 SSDs (two of that c4 256GB, latest firmware) and HDD. Tried them both, still crashes.
Yes i tested with memtest with separate sticks.
Digging in even log i also found that:

Did you try a different PSU? That TR2 PSU isn't all that good.
Did you set the PC back down to stock speeds?
Did you try a different GPU?

Have you tried running your CPU at stock? What about virus or malware scans?

EDIT: Beat..

Nope, doesn't have any other PSU or GPU :(
Yes, i tried it without CPU overclock.
Funny thing that i can play metro / WoW/ SC2/ Dota2 / D3 for hours without any problem. But really, it doesn't looks like EA/SOE problem, more like failure somewhere in my PC...

The event viewer logs don't reveal anything beyond the faulted module and the invoked process name, which is rarely insightful when you are without trace logging and dealing with an application of significant size/scope. However, the BF3 crashes did indicate "nvwgf2um.dll", which is an Nvidia file.

Go through Danny's suggestions first. Once those are exhausted, consider upgrading (or downgrading) your Nvidia driver. Also, make sure your mobo chipset and sound drivers are current.

Edit: Just saw your follow-up on PSU and overclock status.

PS2 and BF3 are pretty heavy in terms of system performance. The rest of the games you listed aren't that heavy.

See if you can get your hands on another PSU or GPU. Actually, remove the video card and just use the onboard video to see if issue occurs.

You probably have a corrupted file in Planetside 2. Run the launcher and within that there's an option to check all the game files and re-download any files that don't check out as being good.

As silly as this may sound, you may want to check your SATA cable too. I've seen SATA cables go south and cause all sorts of weirdness with data corruption. BTW you also have a typo in your sig; you have a Crucial V4 SSD, (not a C4) correct? If you haven't updated the SSD's firmware to v25 you may want to take a moment to do that now too.

I verified assets in PS2 and even reinstalled it as well as BF3 (shame on slow origin server).
Yeah i have a typo, but that's not V4, it's M4 SSD and firmware is latest.
And of course i verified every single fng cable in my rig, replugging it and checked that there is no clamping cables (not sure how that's called in English).
ATM i'm on 304.97 nvidia driver and well...
There is no crashes for hour or so.

How about trying a newer driver? The one you listed is back in August of last year and I'm pretty sure that one isn't on the Nvidia website.

Ok, it started crashing again.
I reinstalled system from scratch and found out almost all crashes is due to some video stuff.
Planetside 2 crashes with directx9 dll (dx9_43.dll)
Another time PS2 BSoDed PC to unexpected kernel trap with some nvidia driver (nvwsomething.sys)
Most idiotic part is that i can't reproduce it. 3DMark running for half of hour without single crash (on extreme preset)
Still waiting for BF3 to download (EA servers in unbelievable slow) to reproduce that goddamn crash on clean system...

Looks like i need RMA...
