Best wireless adapter card for desktop?

I'd get a MiniPCI-E to PCI-E adapter card and use an Atheros AR9001-based card in it if you're going to be using this in Windows.

If you don't want to do that, make sure it's an Atheros AR5006XS or later Atheros chip. It should have Super G.
 
Do you happen to have any links ? Because I can't anything, can't even find a wireless adapter on the companies website. Sorry but I can't find anything on AR9001 anywhere.

Something like a SparkLAN WMIA-199N

Or just look at the 108Mbps cards. The D-link and Netgears on Newegg in that category are Atheros.
