Hexus0 said:If you can mod a Lian-Li PC-6X to cut a whole right next to the psu, wires are easily hideable, theres only like 2 wires you can see if you look at my case. Other then that I would get ou the TJ-06, it has pre-cut holes, as well as the Antec P150.

killxswitch said:I still like the "hidden" look, but I'm interested in the custom length stuff. Do you just have the experience to know how to do this, or do you know of some good online tutorials for this? Any experience I have in electronics is self-taught, so I wouldn't know where to start, but I can usually follow directions pretty well.

It's not full of bling or has a crazy designed front panel like many of the cases out today. The price is pretty steep, unless you happen to find it on sale somewhere (got mine for $99 shipped from Newegg), but I've been using it for about 7 months now and it keeps everything nice and cool.
My specs:
Venice 3000+ running at 2.4GHz using factory HSF.
2 PATA hard drives.
Single 7800GT.
PCP&C 510SLI
----cpu idles at 21-32C and loads out at around 28-31C
I'm using the two 120mm fans that were included with the case and nothing else. Many people wouldn't suggest a TT case, but I have no problems with the Shark. It's completely aluminum in construction (even the entire front door) and has plenty of room for everything a home pc enthusiast would/could need.
Thanks for the flame. And yes, my cpu idles at 21-23C. It always has. It's running at 25C (77F) right now. Room temp is approx 72F. I have verified this with Everest, Easy Tune 5, and the BIOS. Short of taking a thermal probe and sticking it my case, I'm compelled to believe that my temp readings are accurate.Erasmus354 said:Either your running your computer in a very cold room or your temperature measurements are WAY off/ 21-22C is basically room temperature, even a bit cold for some people's tastes. There is no way in hell you are getting your CPU temp as low as room temp on a stock heatsink.

Darkala said:i guess mostly i change the length of wires and organize as opposed to hiding, because i have a C^3 case..![]()

Credit to incomudro for the nice case wiring, you can see his rig in the Lian-Li gallery here
