Best vid card for under 200???

What video card should I get for under 200 dollars. I want the best card for the money. I dont care if it is and ATI or NVidia core.

NewEgg's "sales" are only $1 or $2 usually, don't panic. And even then they usually just adjust the shipping to make it the same price as before. Very sneaky those NewEgg folks.

Between the MSI and the Sapphire for $2-3 difference, I'd say the MSI wins hands down.
