Best vendor for prebuilt pcs?

I'm looking to get a powerful tower PC for less than a grand. I don't need any keyboard, monitor, etc, just the prebuilt tower.

What's the best vendor that does all that?
 
Best in this situation should be an adjective describing what you want. Best reliability? Best speed? Best storage? Best at being small and quiet? Best at being cute so your girlfriend likes it? Best at being a paper weight?

If you want our recommendation, we need more info about what you want out of the system. That doesn't mean you need to build your own (though it is something encouraged on these forums) but give us some more info.
 
You should also check out the Computers & Gadgets forum for ideas. General Hardware is geared more towards DIY builds.
 
The best parts and support leap to mind. By reputation these guys buy low end at bulk/low bid pricing, charge list, then add labor costs. If you need and will use the support fine, as long as you actually get it.
