I'm waiting for the next refresh of hardware but when would be the best time to build a new PC . I'm waiting on Penryn but I'm considering maybe to wait for the next graphics update.

2. 1600 fsb
3. pci-e 2.0
4. nvidia's new chipset 780i?
5. DDR3 should be coming down in price
6. Nvidia 9800 GTX release

All the makings of a perfect time to make a leap...
