I have 3 Asus ML239's (3rd is on the way). They have HDMI ports on the back, and HDMI to DVI connectors with them. Is my best route to do 1 DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 DP or 2 DVI and 1 DP?

Thoughts, issues I should watch out for, problems or concerns, feel free to throw them my way, thanks :)
 
It really should not matter in that situation, ideally the best route though would be three displayports.

Those are full size display ports on the 6900's right, not mini's?

I don't crawl back behind my PC enough to keep track of it, and I swear
the mini ports were the size of small din USB connectors

Your 6950 will have mini display ports. What you want to get is an active single link mini display port to dvi adapter. A VGA cable would have a lower quality image.
Use the 6950's DVI and HDMI ports for the other 2 monitors.

Picked up a Sapphire Mini display to DVI connector. I guess I'll just go HDMI out to DVI in on the cable and then to DP into the card.
