First up, power supply. I have no plans to go with multiple video cards, so I figure a ~500W power supply should be sufficient. What's my best option for around $100? I see the Antec Neo Eco units recommended here pretty regularly - are these good enough for overclocking?

I plan on buying this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314. Can anyone confirm that the G Skill Ripjaws RAM I've picked out will fit under the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler on this motherboard?

I didn't mean to imply that the power supply had to be $100. If there's something that will be stable, quiet and last several years for less than $100, I'm all ears.

Also, isn't 750W a little excessive? I currently have two HDDs and one SSD, other than that it's everything listed in the OP.

I've used the Ripjaws on 3-4 builds with the 212+, and have never had clearance issues. The Ripjaws Z edition has the larger heat spreaders in the middle, and may be more difficult to work with, but I diverge.

You'll be fine with this:
$60 - Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU

They should fit fine. Though you may have to raise the fan ever so slightly to fit. But it won't affect cooling that much.
