Best External Drive in $50-60 Range

[Suds]

Just as the title says, what is the best external drive in the $50-60 range? Or what would be the best enclosure + hard drive combination? Ideally, I was hoping to get atleast 250 gigs of space.

I tried at newegg and the best I could come up with was an Eagle Black USB 2.0 Enclosure and a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 but that comes to about $90. Thanks.

A decent external case, one with active cooling, is at least 30.00.............
