im on a budget, but a need a good digital camera. Something that takes good images, and when i push the button, im not waiting for the flash or something. there are so many choices to choose from, i figured id come to the forum who knows more about this than i do. All suggestions is appreciated.

The problem with that is that most digital cameras have to focus on what they are shooting, if you buy a camera that takes pictures without focusing then they will suck

You just have to learn how to focus before you shoot, most digital cameras achieve this by holding down the shoot button halfway
