Best digital camera for $200-250?

Hello,

I'm looking for a good quality digital camera for $200-250.

- Memory doesn't matter, just needs to be easily expandable
- Looking for something that makes good quality images all around (outside, good light, low light)
- Preferablly hardware resolution pictures at 1600x1200
- LCD screen would be nice
- USB, version doesn't matter

I would spend a tad more if I needed to (like $50 or less) but really that's my price range.

Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
 
check out the canon powershot A510. 200 bucks, looks like a great entry level camera
 
I ended up going with the Kodak Easyshare DX7440 after reading some reviews and looking at pictures produced with the two. It's only about $50 more on the egg. ($250) plus it's got a tad larger screen, the memory built in (so mem + card = yer storage) and slightly better quality images.
