Best chance of higher performance between these 2 kits?!

Corsair B die 3200mhz 14-14-14-35 kit vs Corsair 3600mhz 16-18-18-36 b die kit?

My ideal end goal would be 3600mhz with the lowest timings possible Zen 2 3800x

At least in my Experience 1.5v is nothing on b-die and that may get that 3200mhz kit at 3600mhz with CL14...

However lowering timings on that 3600mhz kit that far seems like a much smaller chance?

There is no way to tell. They are the same ICC's and just tested to different specifications. It's all luck of the draw. I would think that both sets should do similarly.
