Best Bang for the buck

I am looking to buy a PS that will handle my AMD Athlon processor with one sata HD and a 8800 series Nvidia card. This computer will not be used for any sort of gaming, just playing music/videos and surfing the web. This computer was given to me without a PS or HD from someone who used to game on it. I am just looking to make a nice PC out of it. Any suggestions ? THanks !
