Best AMd chip for 100 bucks

I'm planning to overclock so maybe the mobile 2600?
Is it better to get the barton for extra cache, or an overclocked 2600 at 2.4ghz or so

had my 2600+M at 2.9Ghz tops into windows, 3.0hz it posted but freezed shortly after...2.83Ran perfect 24/7...this was at 2.2v but hey, its the best you get for overclocking under 100bucks...

Yep, 2600+ is the way to go. If you wanna save some bucks go for 35W version of the 2400+ XP-M. It overclocks like a mad beast.
