hrmm can anyone help me decide between these power supplies (my new rig will have a intel Q6600, 8800gt, and a gigabyte p35 board so just keep that in mind)

Most of these are around 50-60 which is an amazing price for me, but which ones the best?!
 
Stay far away from Apevia (formerly Aspire). They have a tolerance of 10% in either direction---well in excess of the traditional 5% allowable fluctuations. They also rate that power output at 25*C, which is lower than realistic operating temps of 35-45*C. About the only brand I'd rate worse would be PowMax. Stay the hell away from any Apevia PSU

Rosewill is a toss up. Some are good, others are junk. If you can find a reputable review that gives it a good pass, go for it. Otherwise skip it.

Seasonic is a good choice, and given CoolerMaster's track record as of late, they're probably safe as well.

Also, if you pay attention to some hot deals, you might find a Corsair 500W unit for around your price range, which are either built by Seasonic (HX) or CWT (VX, TX) as I recall.
 
There was a deal for the Corsair 550W for ~55.00 after rebate. I scooped up one of these a while back. This I believe is a CWT built unit and not Seasonic but still gets good reviews.
 
The Seasonic or the Corsair (CWT built) the last poster linked are the only ones in this thread I would even consider.
 
I really like my mushkin 580, they make a 500 watt without the green fan and if it works as well as mine, then it should be awsome.

But then again, its hard to compete with corsair.

Mushkin PSUs are not very high quality. Several models don't even have Active-PFC. I would not recommend them.

Link doesn't go to PSUs. Goes to cases instead.

Anyway, out of the four listed PSUs, I would get the Seasonic PSU. However, if you're willing to deal with rebates, I would highly highly recommend going with the Corsair 550VX that hmz linked to.

Main problem with the other power supplies in your list:
Apevia: Master [H] is right on the money on Apevia. Would never ever trust one with an office PC, let alone a gaming rig.

Coolermaster Extreme Power: The Extreme Power line of PSUs are actually Seventeem PSUs thats been rated wattage wise higher than they should be. Meaning that they take a low wattage PSU and call it a higher wattage PSU. That particular Coolermaster Extreme Power 500W PSU is actually a decent Seventeem 450W PSU.

Rosewill: What Master [H] said. There are very good Rosewill PSUs out there. Though the one you chose is an unknown.
 
of that list you gave, I would probably go for the seasonic. Noise and efficiency are pretty big selling points for me on a PSU and sesaonic usually does a good job in these categories.

Another vote for Corsair/Seasonic here. Gotta love a company that under-rates their PSUs instead of over-rating them.
