Overclocking is a plus. It is for light gaming and I have all the other parts. AMD or Intel is fine, but I'm thinking AMD might be best in this price range. Mobo doesn't need to support SLI or Crossfire.

$160 Intel Core i5 2500K LGA 1155 Boxed Processor

$55 (before $10 MIR) - Biostart TZ77A LGA 1155 Z77 ATX Intel Motherboard

If you have a hard $200 limit, consider getting a Core i3-2100 for $90 at Microcenter plus another motherboard (like the Biostar from Durvelle27's post)

MC's $50 i5/i7 discount comes and goes...if you miss it it'll be around again in a few weeks.
