Hello,
Last summer, after reading the excellent reviews I found here, I bought a BenQ v2400w monitor. Bought it from NCIX, was a bit disappointed with packaging but no dead pixel, and everything was working fine until a couple days ago so I was quite satisfied. The problem I got now, and sorry if someone posted about it already (couldn't find anything via search), is that it "auto-adjusts" all the time. I don't know how to explain this more clearly: say I'm working, and then "auto adjust" message pops up on the monitor and it starts, yeah, adjusting... It takes 3-5 seconds, then it's done. But then, it starts again, and again, and again... until I turn off the monitor. I turn it back on, can work again and poof, it randomly starts again a couple minutes/hours later. It started about a week ago - it did that a few times, then not for a couple of days, but today it's getting quite annoying.
Anyone else has experienced this problem? Is there anything I can do on my end, or should I contact NCIX/BenQ?
Thank you sincerely for your help,
Michael
