I have crossfire 6950's but now I need a newer cpu to really help me along with battlefield 3.

Here's what I have for an upgrade - let me know if there's anything I should change and or edit before putting my newegg order through. I'd like to overclock that 2500k to 4.3-4.5.

Main thing I think that I'm open to is a change in either the ram or the motherboard that will allow for a better overclock.
