I'm getting a gaming laptop for under $1,000. After modifications, total comes to $944. Any thoughts? Anyone done any business with iBuyPower? I've honestly never heard of them, but with all the free stuff/good prices, they look like a good, honest seller. Still, it'd be nice to have any feedback on 'em before shelling out so much cash.

I asked a similar question a day or so ago. I was pointed to resellerratings.com
Search by store and type in ibuypower and just start reading the reviews... or i guess criticisims would be more correct. You can also read some user comments about ibuypower in the original thread here on hard forum:

Eh, I don't know...80% of those bad reviews were people complaining about desktops, and for that matter, if you want to use resellerratings.com, take a look at some of the more promoted laptop makers there. Sager scores just a hair above iBuyPower, and Dell...
A six-month rating of 1.64? Seems like this website is just a ventfest to me.
