Barbs or Compression Fittings?

I already read the FAQ, but I want to know what everyone is using.

Pros/cons?

Depends on the need for "looks" vs the budget. I use whatever meets the need at hand and tend to use compression fittings on blocks and barbs on the rad because I change blocks more often than rads and usually the rad fittings are out of sight. But just depends. Compression fittings everywhere can get expensive. So I did not answer. Done properly either type of fitting works fine.
