if I get a CPU with bad tCase and/or tJunction should I return it for another one?
I bought it local at frys.

On this CPU @ 3,3Ghz:

-tCase is always higher then tJunction

-Sensor movement test:
Core0 16
Core1 13
Core2 14
Core3 12

-Deltas
Idle:
1) 2c (one core from the other)
2) 11c-13c tCase from tJunction average (tCase being hotter)
Prime95 (Small FFT's)
1) 6c (same as above)
2) 14c-20c tcase from tJunction average (tCase being hotter)

Although the results are slightly different at stock speed I still have the consistency of the deltas (although at a different degree)

The reason no one is answering is that the post makes little sense (at least to me) and appears full of incorrect assumptions.

For example where is Tcase coming from ? Unless you have cut a grove in your cpu heatspreader and installed a thermocouple, unlikely, you cannot know what your Tcase is regardless of what some BS software might say/report.

or

I just do not understand something simple you are trying to say.

It appears you are using some software that reads the CPU DTS, if so what ?
Where are these numbers coming from and what is a "sensor movement" test ? Is this the "stuck sensor" test from RealTemp ?

Put a load on all 4 cores and give us coretemps and deltas to Tjunction (Tjmax).

I doubt there is anything wrong.
