They might have "teamed" together to design the board, but its manufactured by Foxconn plain and simple. Just like the BX2 was designed by intel, and MFGd by Foxconn. Same same
My EVGA 680i board even had a "Foxconn" stamped socket cover.
I just thought it was amusing that Vanilla was saying choose the ASUS board over the BX2 because the Intel board was made by Foxconn. All the while, he himself chose a Foxconn board over ASUS in the 680i arena.
The Mothership of the new 600 series of motherboards out of the nVidia camp, eVGA charges its way onto the battlefield screeching Foxconn! Thats right, this mobo is a Foxconn produced motherboard with eVGAs product badge(s).

Nvidia *supposivly* has tighter grip on the QC this time around, but they are still being manufactured by FC.
